My son Lucas has either been failing or barely passing Social Studies since Sec 3. The final straw was when he got a C6 for Combined Humanities during Prelims. That was when I engaged Nandini to coach him. In a period of less than 4 months before his 'O' level exams, Nandini helped Lucas gain a better understanding of the topics with her concise notes (that she spends a lot of time and effort putting together) and using real-world context videos. About us

Hi everyone, I am Nandini, the founder for HumanitiesTutor SG and the lead tutor of HumanitiesTutorSG Tuition Centre. We focus mainly on O/Nlevel History, Social Studies and English Literature. I graduated from NUS FASS and have taught over 60 students for 7 years. I achieved top 1% out of 50,000 tutors from Mindflex Tuition Agency in 2024 as well. I started this centre, because I felt it was important to cater a space were students can learn and grow in a safe space.

Most importantly, in HumanitiesTutorSG, we believe that every student deserves a fighting chance. Singapore's education is very competitive; parents and students alike are stressed in staying afloat in the extremely competitive system. Unfortunately, this can result in students falling through the cracks and discouraged from studying. Therefore, we believe in providing care and equipping them with skills to succeed.

As a small centre, we are able give personalised attention to each student as compared to bigger tuition centres. We focus on exam techniques and how to approach the paper effectively. We also believe in cultivating student's critical thinking skills, which are essential in doing well for a humanities subject.

We provide online group tuition classes and individual physical/online classes. Group tuitions are capped at 3-4 per class, to make sure they have the teacher's undivided attention.
